Summary

Team is composed by Senior Project Managers whose are responsible to manage Internal and External complexes IT projects.

What you'll do

• Plan, Execute, Monitor, Report and Complete complexes and cross projects.

• Coordinate multifunctional teams, making sure the communication is fluid and efficient.

• Risk Management, building with the team contingency plans when necessary.

• Follow and control project management using agile methodologies.

• Implement the necessary changes throughout the process.

• Ensure customer and team satisfaction throughout the entire project.

• Provide a cyclical cadence for project portfolio reviews that consider current priorities and correct use of human capital when making necessary tradeoffs

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in managing software projects

• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Monday)

• Experience with project’s documentation (PDCA, RACI, PMI)

• Lean/Agile Methodologies Knowledge

• IT Bacharel Degree

• Upper Intermediate (B2) or Advanced English Level
