  • Experience managing at least two entities, including both Polish and US.

  • A keen interest in the wide range of legal and compliance issues that come with a startup environment, with the ability to operate independently.

  • Fluency in both Polish and English, with exceptional written proficiency in both languages and a strong attention to detail.

  • The ability to work quickly while maintaining a high quality of work.

Nice to have:

  • A postgraduate degree in American Law or Polish Law, depending on your career focus.

  • GDPR certification.

  • Experience in negotiation.

  • Experience working in a fully remote setup.

  • Experience with fundraising, venture deals, IPOs, or M&A activities.

We offer:

  • Flexibility: 100% remote work with coworking spaces in Warsaw, Wrocław, Kraków and Poznań;

  • Share in our success: Participate in the Employee Stock Option Plan and be part of our growth journey;

  • Time off: 20 paid service-free days per year;
