Circle’s platform includes the world’s largest regulated stablecoin network anchored by USDC, Circle Payments Network for global money movement, and Arc, an enterprise-grade blockchain designed to become the Economic OS for the internet. What you’ll be part of:

Circle is committed to visibility and stability in everything we do. As we grow as an organization, we're expanding into some of the world's strongest jurisdictions. Speed and efficiency are motivators for our success and our employees live by our company values: High Integrity, Future Forward, Multistakeholder, Mindful, and Driven by Excellence. We have built a flexible work environment where new ideas are encouraged and everyone is a stakeholder.

What you’ll be responsible for:

Circle is looking for a dynamic Compliance Operations Enablement Analyst to drive Compliance Operations’ ability to scale safely and consistently. In this role, you’ll support end-to-end operational change across training delivery, implementation coordination, and reporting. You’ll ensure work is accurate, well-governed, and delivered to a high standard.

You’ll be the operational backbone of our enablement work, ensuring the team is ready, supported, and set up to perform to a high standard. You will independently run multiple workstreams with minimal day-to-day instruction, using strong judgement to resolve ambiguous or complex issues and keep initiatives moving.

You’ll contribute to improving our processes and tooling: spotting friction, proposing fixes, and implementing better ways of working.

What you'll work on:

  • Project manage rollout for high-impact initiatives, including basic timelines, stakeholder lists, and readiness checklists

  • Project manage Compliance Ops Enablement team deliverables and OKRs

  • Build strong working relationships with senior leaders and SMEs across Compliance Ops and partner teams to unblock delivery and improve adoption

  • Track actions, risks, and dependencies; follow up to keep delivery on track

  • Escalate risks and issues to facilitate timely resolution

  • Maintain change comms and associated training schedules

  • Capture lessons learned and feed improvements into future rollouts, including use of AI to accelerate and enhance changes

  • Create and update enablement materials, including training content, playbooks, and process guides

  • Use approved AI tools to accelerate first drafts of learner-facing content

  • Create and refresh knowledge checks and simple assessments

  • Maintain a clear single source of truth for training materials and documentation

  • Run training operations end-to-end: scheduling, calendars, facilitator/SME coordination, and session logistics

  • Draft and send learner communications, reminders, and post-session follow-ups

  • Support onboarding and BAU upskilling programs, including refreshers and updates procedures change

What you’ll bring to Circle:

  • 4+ years of experience in training coordination, enablement operations, program support/PMO, or an operations role in a regulated environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects independently with minimal guidance and deliver to a high standard

  • Proven experience collaborating with senior stakeholders; strong internal networking and influencing skills

  • Practical experience supporting training design and delivery, including drafting learner-friendly materials, building simple knowledge checks, and facilitating or co-facilitating sessions.

  • A learner-centric mindset: you can translate complex processes into clear guidance people can actually use.

  • Experience working with (or alongside) Compliance Operations teams and familiarity with financial crime domains such as KYC, sanctions, and investigations.

  • Understanding of stablecoins, digital currency, and blockchain technology.

  • Strong organisation and follow-through: you can manage multiple deadlines and keep stakeholders aligned.

  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail.

  • Comfort using approved AI tools to draft, summarise, and streamline workflows, with sound judgement on accuracy, data handling, and human review

  • Experience/familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS and GSuite

Circle is on a mission to create an inclusive financial future, with transparency at our core. We consider a wide variety of elements when crafting our compensation ranges and total compensation packages.
