We are currently looking for a Compensation & Benefits Analyst to join our global and dynamic team.

Job Description

Your Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the design, development, and ongoing maintenance of the company's job architecture framework to support consistent role classification.

  • Conduct detailed job evaluations and analysis to ensure the job architecture is aligned with compensation and benefits programs and internal equity.

  • Design, implement, and manage salary structures and pay ranges based on market data, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with industry standards across all locations.

  • Develop and oversee incentive programs, including the Annual Performance Bonus Scheme and Sales Commission Plans, stock option plans, ensuring alignment with internal frameworks and market practices.

  • Design and manage the overall benefits strategy, including vendor management, market research, budgeting, administration, and employee communication to support engagement, retention, and overall employee experience.

  • Lead the Pay Transparency Project, ensuring compliance with evolving labor legislation and internal pay equity standards.

  • Act as a consultant to the HR team and business leaders on compensation decisions related to offers, internal promotions, and relocation process.

  • Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement; use insights to guide strategic decisions.

  • Ensure all compensation and benefits programs are compliant with local labor laws, tax regulations, and international standards.

  • Lead and contribute to ad-hoc projects throughout the year, including research, data analysis, and the development of actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

We Expect You to Have:

  • Degree in business administration/ HR Management or relevant field and/ or experience (+5 years)

  • Previous experience in working with a global technology organization or similar

  • Proven compensation and benefits experience across multiple countries

  • Ability to work strategically and operationally

  • Experience in the design and implementation of compensation and benefits policies and processes

  • Project Management, including the ability to work under own initiative and manage deadlines effectively

  • Team working and ability to work and communicate with senior stakeholders and colleagues at all levels

  • Advanced Excel (expert level), and MS Office

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Analytical capabilities to create focused action plans and drive insights through metrics.

  • Good communication and presentation capabilities supported with experience in delivering training focused on Comp & Ben to different stakeholders

  • Excellent knowledge of job evaluation methodologies.

  • Benefits/well-being program plan design and deployment experience is a plus

  • Languages: fluent in English is mandatory / any other European language is considered as an asset.
