About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Analyst to join our growing People Team here at Apollo.io. This person will be responsible for supporting our global compensation program and will own a variety of recurring reporting deliverables. You’ll work closely with our Compensation Manager and the broader Total Rewards team to support compensation initiatives such as market benchmarking, merit review and bonus cycles, and various ad hoc compensation and people reporting activities.
As Apollo.io’s Compensation Analyst, you’ll collaborate closely with multiple teams across the organization including People, Finance, and Talent Acquisitions. You’ll bring a solutions-oriented approach to support on a variety of compensation related work streams (such as role scoping, manager inquiries, promotion or role changes, offer b\benchmarking & approvals, etc).
Key Responsibilities
Be an advocate of Apollo.io’s compensation strategy - empowering us to to attract, retain, and motivate talent in a highly competitive market
Support our twice-annual compensation review programs by building budget allocation and merit review sheets for each functional leader
Partner with the Talent Acquisitions team to review potential offers and ensure alignment with our compensation bands
Perform ad hoc analyses of market data to draw insights that allow us to improve our global total rewards strategy
Own the submission of required compensation surveys to market data providers (Radford, Pave, etc)
Review global compensation bands against market data on a timely basis and recommend updates as needed
Interface with Finance, People Technology & Talent Acquisition, teams to support day-to-day functions as well as project-specific programs
Own recurring analyses and reporting efforts related to attrition and / or performance which will be used to inform company leadership and our Board of Directors
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a quantitative field
3+ years of progressive experience in a compensation, finance, or related role, ideally within the technology industry
Experience with global compensation or finance practices
A high level of comfort working with advanced models in Excel and GSheets.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly
Collaborative energy, able to work cross-functionally. Including with executive leadership
Extremely detail-oriented, along with the ability to maintain confidentiality
Familiarity with compensation-related software and tools (Pave & Radford)
