Community Program Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our community through key projects, programs, and strategic initiatives, while also contributing to various other community teams. Not a single day is the same in this role! We are looking for a Jack or Jill of all trades who can lead a project, manage ambiguity, loves change, and is always up for a challenge.
Some of your responsibilities might include (but not limited to):
Lead and manage community projects, programs, and initiatives - ensuring clear and timely updates to all stakeholders.
Develop and implement support resources and enablement to assist community members.
Track and report on key community metrics, providing insights and recommendations for program optimization.
Evaluating data across many channels (Looker, GA4, platform analytics, emerging AEO tools, etc)
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, engineering, marketing) to ensure community needs are represented and addressed in project planning and execution.
Organize and facilitate community events, workshops, and forums to foster engagement and gather insights.
Monitor community sentiment and identify areas for improvement in migration support and overall program experience.
Contribute to the development and execution of other community programs and initiatives as needed.
Experience with scaling internal and external initiatives
Qualifications:
2+ years proven experience in the community industry
Project or program management experience
Experience with utilizing AI in your day-to-day work activities
Ability to work autonomously, yet collaborate with many teams
The ability to turn ambiguity into clear plans and timely deliverables
Demonstrated experience in supporting communities through significant change (yes, we’ll ask for examples!)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for building and nurturing communities.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Proactive, organized, and capable of managing many projects simultaneously
Bonus: Sense of humor, GSD and growth mindsets, knows the HubSpot platform
Pay & Benefits
The cash compensation below includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are tailored to your skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.
