  • Collaborate with the People, Marketing, Sales Enablement and Operations teams to assist and maintain alignment between internal and external messaging.

  • Coordinate and communicate a master digest or central schedule of key events, deadlines, and changes at depth, leadership, and company levels to ensure alignment and awareness (e.g., company all hands, LT Offsites, quarter-end activities, project releases, blackout windows, Performance Reviews, Employee Surveys, etc).

  • Identify all relevant company communication channels (e.g., email, Slack, intranet) and determine the most effective ones to ensure widespread reach.

  • Support Executive leadership team in cascading vision, goals, and OKRs to the broader team.

  • Curate and maintain content in applicable sources to ensure validity and accuracy over time.

  • Develop and implement crisis communication plans and serve as the organization's spokesperson during crises or emergencies.

  • Change Management:

  • Promote and facilitate change management company-wide, ensuring impact of applicable changes is well-planned and clearly executed to impacted team members.

  • Identify potential challenges, resistance, and obstacles to change and develop strategies to address them.

What you’ll bring to the table:
