About the Job
You will play a key role in architecting and maintaining Blossom’s cloud network infrastructure, focusing on AWS environments and Palo Alto Networks security platforms. This position requires deep networking expertise, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with engineering teams to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient connectivity across our cloud and hybrid environments. This role combines technical excellence, ownership, and collaboration, offering the opportunity to influence and elevate Blossom’s cloud networking strategy within the financial sector.
Requirements
Education: Professional in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, Electronics, or related fields.
English: Basic to intermediate level.
Experience: 3+ years in corporate and/or cloud networking; practical experience managing Palo Alto Networks firewalls (required); hands-on experience with AWS networking (VPC, Transit Gateway, VPNs, routing); experience with IaC tools (Terraform, CDK, CloudFormation) is a plus; preferred certifications (not mandatory): AWS Solutions Architect Associate / AWS Advanced Networking, Palo Alto PCNSE/PCNSA, CCNA/CCNP.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, IPSec, VPN, NAT, DNS, DHCP; advanced troubleshooting; knowledge of cloud security best practices (IAM, Zero Trust, segmentation); familiarity with DevOps or automation practices; ability to create accurate technical documentation and diagrams.
