ClinChoice is seeking a Clinical Supply Specialist to support our sponsor, an international biopharmaceutical company. The specialist will support day-to-day clinical supply execution and coordination across EU and US. Working knowledge of GMP, IRT/RTSM, distribution, and shipment oversight is required.
ClinChoice is a global, full-service CRO committed to delivering high-quality clinical development services while fostering professional growth and a collaborative, supportive work environment. This is a one-year contract with the possibility of extension.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Study supply planning support: demand/supply planning, forecasting support, resupply parameters, scenario planning, and risk mitigation.
- IRT/RTSM operational support: requirements gathering, set-up support with vendor, UAT coordination, change management, and ongoing maintenance support.
- Shipment execution and oversight (EU and US): depot-to-site and site-to-site shipments, temperature-controlled logistics as needed, shipment tracking, issue resolution, and documentation.
- Supply tracking and reporting: inventory monitoring, expiry/lot management, reconciliation support, and regular KPIs/status reporting.
- Close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors (depots, couriers, packaging/labeling partners, IRT provider), ensuring timely follow-up and proactive problem-solving.
Education, Experience and Skills:
- A university/bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) is required.
- Experience with supply chain related functions.
- Proven experience in clinical trial supply operations (phases [I/II/III], multi-country).
- Strong familiarity with GMP and IRT/RTSM workflows (set-up support, UAT, change controls, releases, and ongoing operations).
- Extensive experience with shipment oversight.
- Solid understanding of global distribution and logistics (incl. EU/US), import/export basics, temperature excursions management and deviation handling.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines, and clear stakeholder communication.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
