Scheduling Coordinator (Remote)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to support our healthcare operations team. This role is responsible for coordinating patient appointments, managing provider schedules, processing referrals, and ensuring smooth communication between patients, referral sources, providers, and internal teams.

This is a remote, production-based position supporting a healthcare organization. Candidates must be available and responsive during assigned business hours.

MUST SPEAK GOOD ENGLISH!!

Responsibilities:

Schedule patient appointments for virtual and home healthcare visits

Manage provider calendars, availability, cancellations, and rescheduling needs

Process and monitor referrals, waitlists, and scheduling requests

Communicate with patients, referral sources, providers, and internal teams

Maintain accurate scheduling records in company systems, including eClinicalWorks (eCW)

Follow established workflows to ensure timely and accurate scheduling

Requirements:

Good and clear English communication skills (written and verbal)

Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through

Ability to multitask and manage priorities independently

Professional phone and customer service skills

Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems

Healthcare scheduling, intake, or eClinicalWorks experience is preferred

Technical Requirements:

Reliable high-speed internet connection

Quiet and professional remote workspace

Computer capable of managing multiple systems (dual monitors preferred)

Professional headset for phone communication

Compensation:

This is a production-based position with monthly earnings typically starting at $700+, based on productivity and performance. High-performing team members may earn $1,000+ per month.
