Memora Health works with leading healthcare organizations to make complex care journeys simple for patients and clinicians so that care is more accessible, actionable, and always-on. Our team is rapidly growing as we expand our programs to reach more health systems and patients, and we are excited to bring on a Clinical Programs Manager.

Clinical Program Managers are responsible for delivery, clinical quality, and performance of our suite of in-depth clinical programs across our base of customers. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a clinical setting, creating patient-facing content, and experience working with product, design and engineering teams. Additionally, this role will work closely with multiple other functions across our organization including client success, sales, and marketing to ensure that we are setting and meeting the program performance  expectations of our customers and the market. Ideal candidates will not only be driven by the problem we are solving but also by the innovative approach and technology that we are applying to health care - looking to make a significant impact on health care delivery. We’re looking for someone with exceptional curiosity and enthusiasm for solving hard problems.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Partner with our solutions consulting team to ensure that we are collecting all the necessary information during the sales  process to scope and identify goals, value proposition, and expectations for new clinical products  (these conversations will be led by the commercial team, but the Clinical Program Managers will be heavily supporting)

  • Partner with Product Design to develop full end-to-end program messaging and build baseline program content (tips and surveys) into our internal tools

  • Serve as clinical SME during the design and implementation of programs, meeting with clients and going on-site when appropriate to evaluate client workflows and gather inputs to help design and configure our programs

  • Drive client change management through trainings and site visits to ensure frontline staff are excited about Memora and are enabled to best leverage our program as part of their daily work

  • Track and drive program optimization by partnering with Product, Design, IMs and CSEs to identifying opportunities for program modifications and facilitate cross-functional prioritization of identified improvements

Qualifications (Required):

  • A medical degree, such as RN, NP, PA, MD, DO, RD

  • Some experience delivering patient care, ideally in a large hospital or health system setting

  • Experience partnering with a high functioning product/engineering team to design solutions using technology

  • Creative problem-solving skills and comfort with ambiguity and rapid decision-making

  • Excellent communication skills, geared toward professional medical and corporate environments

  • Strong prioritization, time management and organizational skills, with high attention to detail, accuracy and accountability

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

Qualifications (Bonus):

  • Additional degrees such as MBA, MPH, or MHS

  • Prior experience in clinical quality and/or process improvement

  • Prior experience as a program manager managing multiple programs

  • Work alongside world-class clinical, operational, and technical teams to build and scale Memora

  • Shape how leading health systems and plans think about modernizing the care delivery experience for their patients and care teams
