What You’ll Do

To take our company to the next level, we are looking for a Client Success Manager to join our B2B Team. You will report to the Client Success Lead and will own the success, retention and growth of a portfolio of corporate clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Owning and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, driving strong account governance and long-term partnerships.

  • Designing and executing adoption and engagement strategies to increase program awareness, usage and value.

  • Tracking performance and success metrics (activation, usage, retention, satisfaction) and turning insights into scalable, data-driven actions.

  • Identifying and developing renewal and upsell opportunities in close collaboration with Sales and cross-functional teams.

  • Ensuring operational alignment and proactive issue resolution to deliver a consistently high-quality experience and exceptional stakeholder satisfaction.

✅ Must-have skills

  • 4+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or related roles (B2B experience preferred; HR Tech or Welfare is a strong plus).

  • Proven ability to operate within structured Client Success frameworks, including QBRs, account health scoring and scalable playbooks.

  • Strong analytical mindset, with confidence interpreting dashboards, trends, and insights to inform strategic decisions.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.

  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot knowledge is a plus).

  • Genuine passion for mental health and well-being, and a strong motivation to contribute to a mission-driven organization.

  • Fluent in Italian and English.
