OUR MISSION Reducing patients time to therapy by facilitating meaningful interactions with healthcare providers, through human-centric software powered by AI. WHATS ON OFFER Reporting to the Senior Director, Business Acceleration the primary role of the Business Acceleration Partner is to lead the customer experience with ODAIAs products from kickoff to renewal. You will lead data, brand strategy, project planning and ROI conversations with customers throughout the customer journey. The Business Acceleration Partner is a critical role on a high performing team focused on leveraging industry expertise, account management and data prowess, to help customers meet their key business objectives around predictive analytics and data-driven decision making by leveraging the ODAIA platform. WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Maintain a deep understanding of and can seamlessly convey the value proposition, business strategy, mission and product offerings

  • Translate the customers brand and data strategy and define the ideal ODAIA solution to deploy

  • Collaborate to elicit high-level requirements, capture business and end user needs

  • Complete assessment of customer data sets and end user workflows to best define user requirements, provide insight and recommend improvements

  • Identify project risks and communicate according to project governance

  • Understand the customer structure, stakeholders and needs and build relationships across levels

  • Align activities and touchpoints between customer & ODAIA and communicate regularly to build customer loyalty

  • Ask questions and perform independent research to understand the customer, their brands and their challenges

  • Drive organizational and process change management within customers deploying ODAIA

  • Ensure customers are successfully onboarded to the platform encompassing: Sales Handoff, onboarding plan set up, overall kick off planning , Discovery & customer Education

  • Focus on business analytics, reporting and metrics, generate solid reports to demonstrate ROI

  • Complete quarterly reviews with customers, understand how to maximize benefits of platform usage and product offerings within the Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences or Healthcare sectors

  • Assess the risks of various solutions and prioritize competing business demands based on business impact and strategy

  • Work closely with the Engineering, Customer Success, Sales and Product teams

  • Ensure that data is managed / analyzed in compliance with applicable quality, regulatory and cybersecurity requirements

  • Some travel to customer sites or industry events is expected, based on the business needs

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 4+ years working in a similar position in a start-up and / or technology / SaaS environment

  • Experience working in the Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences or Healthcare sectors

  • Experience leading large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders and partners

  • Ability to build relationships and become a trusted advisor for your customers

  • A solid understanding of the North American Pharmaceutical environment and key stakeholders involved in Marketing, Data, Analytics and Commercial Excellence

  • An interest in challenging the status quo, by having a deep understanding of business processes, value drivers and technology to achieve desired outcomes

  • Attention to detail, taking the time to understand the customers needs and challenges

  • Drive to continually improve your knowledge of new technologies and industry standards to develop of simple, yet effective solutions

  • Ability to understand business needs and develop consistent, clear analysis and report potential issues

  • Accountable, proactive and agile

  • Action orientated with the ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

The anticipated base salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $130,000 CAD.

This range represents ODAIA's good-faith estimate based on current market data and internal equity. Final compensation is determined through a comprehensive review of the successful candidates unique skill set, specialized experience, certifications and other relevant considerations. As such, the final offer may vary based on these specific factors. Salary expectations will be discussed collaboratively early in the process to ensure alignment. This role is also eligible for health benefits, stock options, and flexible time off policies as mentioned above.
