Finalsite will transform the way school communities engage with their schools. SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
The Client Education Specialist will support the Client Education & Training team by managing key platforms including Zoom, Google Workspace, as well as assist with updating the Learning Management System and Highspot. In this role, your work will be essential for streamlining team workflows and maintaining the technical infrastructure for training initiatives, as well as assisting in creating training materials including video and written documentation.
LOCATION
100% Remote - Anywhere within the US
RESPONSIBILITIES
Platform Administration: Manage the technical infrastructure for the Client Education team, including the administration of Zoom, Google Workspace, Professional Services website and ClickUp to ensure seamless training delivery.
High Spot and LMS Maintenance & Optimization: Assist in the daily management and updating of the Learning Management System (LMS), streamlining workflows to improve the user experience for both internal teams and clients.
Content Development: Support the creation and maintenance of high-quality training materials, including instructional video content, written documentation, and instructional courses highlighting new features and best practices.
Product & Trend Proficiency: Maintain an understanding of the Finalsite ecosystem (CMS, EMS, and Communications tools) and stay current on web trends to ensure all educational resources remain accurate and impactful.
Cross-Functional Support: Strengthen the Finalsite brand by providing implementation assistance and best-practice guidance, exhibiting excellence in product knowledge and customer service.
Collaborative Client Instruction: Actively learn and master the Finalsite product suite to co-facilitate training sessions across various teaching environments, providing direct support in the delivery of high-impact client education.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or commensurate experience.
Experience with websites built via content management systems (Wordpress, Squarespace, Wix, Weebly, Joomla, etc.) preferred.
Experience with video software including but not limited to Camtasia, Clueso, Iorads, and preparing video documentation
Prior technical training or technical support experience preferred, but not required.
Flexibility to travel for in-person training or education events/conferences.
RESIDENCY REQUIREMENT
