Our optimisation tooling gives energy companies the building blocks to manage those devices locally - think smart charging for EVs. Our Flex product turns those connected devices into a flexible, controllable asset for energy companies.
We work with device manufacturers across the energy hardware ecosystem - from EV brands to heat pump and solar inverter producers. Our customers are energy retailers, utilities, and traders building the next generation of energy services. We're backed by Y Combinator, Lowercarbon Capital, and Creandum.
The decisions made now will shape how the energy system gets built. We're looking for people who take ownership, move fast, and care deeply about the role technology can play in the energy transition.
What we're looking for:
We’re hiring for a client delivery lead to own and delivery complex, enterprise grade implementations end to end - from post sales handover through to to successful go live and long term rollout.
This role exists because our enterprise deals are large, multi year, and highly complex - involving multiple stakeholders, parallel work streams, and deep integration with customer systems. The companies you'll be working with are some of the largest energy providers in the world. The projects you deliver will shape how a fully renewable, electrified energy system actually functions - touching millions of households in the process.
You will be the person ensuring these projects actually land - driving execution, aligning product and commercial teams, and building strong relationships with customers to deliver outcomes.
This is a unique opportunity to:
Be at the forefront of the energy transition - owning mission critical, multi year enterprise deliveries that have real consequences
Work at the intersection of product, engineering, and commercial, in deal with with significant complexity
Build deep expertise in one of the most important emerging categories in energy (consumer flexibility)
You’ll be working as a member of our strategic accounts team, in addition to working alongside product, engineering, and commercial teams. In this role, you will:
Own end to end delivery of Consumer Flex implementations for enterprise customers
Lead complex integration projects across multiple systems and stakeholders
Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout implementation
Drive project planning, timelines, and execution across parallel work streams
Identify and resolve blockers proactively to keep projects moving
Travel frequently and work on site with customers to ensure successful delivery
Ensure successful go live and support initial rollout phases post-implementation
This role will be right for you, if:
You are a hands on delivery focussed operator who thrives in complex, high stakes environments where execution matters more than strategy.
You’ve spent time in roles where you’ve been responsible for actually getting software implementations live - not just designing them. You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity, managing multiple stakeholders, and keeping large, moving pieces aligned.
You’re structured, detail oriented, and proactive - but also know how to build strong relationships and influence senior stakeholders.
You enjoy being close to customers, this role will involve frequent travel and time spent working onsite with customers directly.
You will have:
3+ years experience delivering software implementations in enterprise environments
Proven track record of owning complex, multi stakeholder projects end to end
Strong project management and execution skills (planning, coordination, delivery)
Experience working with technical integrations and engineering teams
Excellent stakeholder management and client communication skills
Ability to operate across technical and commercial domains
Highly structured, organised, and proactive in driving progress
Nice to haves:
Experience in energy, climate tech, or adjacent industries such as fintech or other complex integration heavy environments (e.g. core banking platforms)
Experience from product led or engineering led organisations
Experience working in fast scaling startups
