As a Client Acquisition Manager, you will help us seek out new business opportunities by implementing sales strategies for both agencies (performance & affiliate) and direct clients/performance advertisers.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct in-depth client and business analysis to understand their needs, challenges, and growth opportunities

  • Leverage MGID’s product strengths and capabilities to develop tailored solutions and compelling proposals for prospective clients, while staying up to date with new products and features

  • Own the full new-business cycle, from prospecting and relationship building to closing deals and onboarding new affiliate partners and brands

  • Collaborate closely with the Account Management team to develop existing client relationships and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

  • Prepare financial and business proposals, commercial offers, and exclusive/non-exclusive agreements for different client segments, ensuring alignment with internal approval processes

  • Ensure a smooth and comprehensive handover of newly acquired clients to the Account Management team, providing all relevant commercial and business context

  • Stay on top of market developments, competitor activities, partner updates, and emerging trends within the assigned GEO, proactively identifying factors that could impact advertiser performance and revenue

  • Regularly share market intelligence, client insights, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities with the Team Lead to support business and commercial decision-making


Who you are:

  • 4+ years of experience in Ad sales

  • Deep knowledge of digital assets (ad formats, ad campaigns, native advertising solutions), Programmatic

  • Proficient knowledge of lead generation tools (LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Snov.IO, SimilarWeb functions)

  • Understanding marketing analytics tools (ex. Google Analytics, S2S trackers)

  • Bachelor/Master degree

  • Fluent in English and Hindi; other languages can be a plus
