Client Account Specialist
POSITION: We’re looking for a proactive, client-focused Client Account Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment. This role supports a book of business across the full customer lifecycle - from onboarding and adoption through renewals and expansion - ensuring clients consistently realize value.
The ideal candidate is energized by digital automation and data-driven workflows, using customer signals, triggers, and insights to prioritize work, streamline outreach, and deliver a consistent, scalable customer experience. You’re motivated by results and customer outcomes, and you bring a consultative mindset to every interaction - helping clients get the most from The Predictive Index.
You know how to build trusted relationships, identify client needs, and coordinate effectively across internal teams. You communicate clearly, follow through reliably, and keep accounts on track by maintaining a customer-first approach.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Manage a large book of small business accounts
● With the support systems and automation, steer the client through implementation, renewal, and product adoption.
● Identify, develop, and close opportunities with assigned accounts, ensuring the growth attainment of each account.
● Drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of PI solutions, associated features, and services to maximize client value.
● Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to continuously improve the client experience.
● Engage in exercising good judgment and prioritization to meet clients’ varying needs and deliverables.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
● Proven account management experience, carrying a quota and meeting or exceeding key metrics.
● Ability to synthesize and summarize client feedback systematically.
● Excellent interpersonal communication (both written and verbal), presentation skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various groups.
● Excellent listening and negotiation skills.
PI is headquartered in our amazing Westwood, MA office, but we are also geo-flexible / remote-friendly for candidates with the right fit for our team and organization.
This is a non-exempt, hourly position. The salary range for the role is $70,000 - $90,000 OTE annually.
The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and our generous benefits package (including unlimited PTO!)
