At XBorg, we’re empowering the next generation of players by building applications that unlock personalised experiences, opportunities, and rewards based on a player's identity. We work with some of the world's largest esports teams and gaming brands, such as Team Liquid, Ninjas In Pyjamas, Team BDS and more to be announced soon.

After raising $5.7M from over 3000 investors, we're levelling up our team to build game-changing applications for millions of players and fans.

Sound exciting? We think so too. Thus, we are looking for a marketing expert to join our team. As the Chief Marketing Officer at XBorg, you will play a key role in positioning XBorg as the largest player identity protocol. From defining XBorg’s narrative and metrics to positioning to an audience of players, web3 enthusiasts, and community members.

Responsabilities

  • Lead the content strategy, creation, and distribution across our social media, ensuring high engagement across our socials,

  • Collaborate with our Head of Growth to build our content calendar and collaborate with our creative team to create digital marketing campaigns,

  • Contribute to the product strategy, both to refine our positioning and marketing strategy, as well as plan growth experiments to attract users across the XBorg-powered applications,

  • Build a strategy to maintain a high interest in the XBG tokens,

  • Leverage partners and ambassadors to increase XBorg's reach and visibility.

What we're looking for

  • A Web3 native with a strong understanding of how things work in the crypto, NFT and gaming industry,

  • A previous experience as CMO or equivalent in a Web3 company,

  • Strong copywriting skills, from writing the best X replies to crafting a high-quality Medium article,

  • Strong understanding of the importance of Web3 narratives and tactics to gain mindshare on X,

  • Experience in leading large-scale marketing campaigns.
