About the Position

Our organization is seeking an NAMER Senior Channel Development Manager with exceptional acumen and expertise to leverage our strengths to generate opportunities with new security services partners. In this pivotal role, you will lead our efforts in identifying, recruiting, and nurturing strategic channel partners to drive business growth and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of business strategy, marketing, and business development techniques. Position Responsibilities

  • Market Analysis/Partner Identification:

  • Market research to identify potential partners.

  • Analyze industry trends to identify gaps and opportunities for collaboration.

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive list of potential partners.

  • Collaborate with Field Marketing to identify and contact target partners.

  • Partner recruitment and enablement:

  • Execute recruitment and enablement activities, track, and measure metrics.

  • Develop Partner Business Plan: Account mapping, stakeholders, etc.

  • Lead generation and sales development (POC, training, complex quotes, help answering RFPs and Public tenders).

  • Performance Monitoring:

  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships.

  • Provide regular reports and recommendations for improvement.

  • Continuously optimize partner recruitment strategies based on feedback and results.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Ability to understand, develop, and manage complex partnerships.

  • Experience developing service security partners.

  • Ability to self-manage and work remotely.

  • Soft skills: resilience, communication skills, objective-oriented, growth mindset, trailblazer, negotiation skills, self-start, and team worker

Experience

  • 10+ years’ experience in direct and indirect sales in related industry

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training in business, sales, or marketing

Compensation

The base salary range for this position is $130,000 - $140,000, exclusive of benefits. This position is also eligible for commissions up to  30% of on target earnings. Your base salary compensation will be based on your individual skills, education, and experience. Please keep in mind that the above range is the full base salary range for this role; hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical in order to allow for future salary growth.
