  • Design merchandising strategies to increase the chances of adoption of our games, in close partnership with the Product Management team and our Games Studio partners

  • Scope and sequence merchandising requirements for games to be prioritized on the product roadmap

  • Help navigate the Games promotion needs within the larger Netflix product merchandising ecosystem and work closely with your merchandising peers in streaming, Live, and New Content experiences to efficiently and effectively balance promotional efforts for the business.

  • Research new need states for game discovery. Analyze internal data, market research, and industry trends to help feed innovation roadmaps.

  • Deeply understand our Netflix members' habits, needs, and level of game awareness in conjunction with our games lifecycle and emerging player needs.
