Carrier Operations Analyst
Why this role matters:
The Carrier Operations Analyst will be responsible for overseeing the operational delivery of compliance-related initiatives on behalf of the Carrier Operations department. You’ll coordinate with wider Operations, Legal, RCP Product, Carrier Relations and Sales teams to ensure that compliance tasks are completed on time, accurately and in alignment with regulatory requirements and business goals.
Your key responsibilities:
Own end-to-end project coordination of compliance operations deliverables
Act as liaison between cross-functional teams (e.g. Operations, Legal, Product, Carrier Relations, Sales)
Manage planning, tracking and execution of compliance activities across carriers and regions
Represent the team in cross-functional governance forums (e.g. Regulatory Review Board)
Maintain a calendar of regulatory and carrier obligations; ensure deadlines are met
Support the documentation and tracking of compliance project outcomes (e.g. risk accepted, issues escalated, mitigations applied)
Create reporting automation requests with BI and maintain dashboards in Tableau
Build repeatable project frameworks for new regulatory onboarding, including stakeholder communication and documentation workflows
Monitor aggregate compliance workload across tools (e.g., JIRA, dashboards) to inform prioritisation and resourcing decisions
Support registration and certification workflows (e.g. collecting and submitting KYB/KYC documents)
Escalate regulatory or carrier issues with cross-functional impact to leadership
What you'll bring
3+ years of experience in project or program management, ideally within regulated/similar industry
Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with compliance or telecom processes
Experience working using Confluence/JIRA, Tableau or similar tools
Capable of tracking and reporting on concurrent streams of work in a fast-moving environment
Comfortable translating tactical delivery into high-level updates for stakeholders
