Thisspecialistgenerally worksindependently in areas such ashigh-leveladministrative supportincluding managing expense reports, calendars and email inboxes,project management,meeting planning and leading,internaland externalcommunications,research,data analysis,changemanagement,businessoperationsandcomplex reporting.
The incumbent mayaccomplishany orallofthe essential functions, or other professional duties of a professional administrative nature, including recommending or making improvements to significant processes and practices,creatingand delivering reports and training and coaching other specialists. At this career level, the incumbentgenerally worksindependently on complex projects or as a team member on larger projects and processes.

Essential Job Functions

Acts as an advocate to raise awareness of the needs of children. Understands Christ’s mandate to protect children. Commits to and prioritizes child protection considerations in all decision-making,tasksand activities across the ministry.
Abides by all behavioral expectations in Compassion’s Statement of Commitment to Child Protection and Code of Conduct. Reports any concerns of abuse,neglector exploitation of children through Compassion’s internal reporting process and appropriately supports responses to incidents if they occur.

Other Responsibilities:
Providesoccasionalpipeline managementand detailed event and revenue support for fundraisers using enterprise-wide tools such as Salesforce,Tableauand the Microsoft Office product suite.
Reviews business processes and contributes solutionsrequiredto address issues,recommendsprocessimprovements to aid business operations.including process steps and impact assessment to increase productivity and efficiency.
Provides meaningful input into the development of effective metrics forchurch partnership teamoperations and creates reports and dashboards to help surface andmaintaindata/metrics.
Contributes to the department budget by entering andtracking expenditures and informing management of variancesand providing corrective recommendations.
Gathers basic business data such as project costs or metrics, analyzes the information, and presents reports based on this analysis. Serves as a project manager for small to medium-sized projects tomaintainprogress toward established goals and deadlines.
May perform or support department specific duties sometimes related to other job subfamilies such as, marketing, data analysis, business intelligence, expense reportassistanceand basic accounting,purchasing, trip support, tours and events, simple facilities requests, and/or program development.
Partners with other groups whenrequiredto integrate information and processes across functions. Provides individual contributions and occasional support to various projects as assigned in support of the work of Business Support managementand church partnerships leadership.
Prepares and relays communications concerning business operations and outcomes to appropriate audiences to foster understanding and acceptance for initiatives, policies, and practices. Further, supports change integration across projects within the scope of own work. Works toidentifychange adoption across common audiences as needed.
May liaise between assigneddepartmentand others.
The incumbent may provideexpertiseto other professionals and support staff in their work group and will communicate with internal and external business partners.
Requirements:
Proven experience managing executive‑level calendars, email inboxes, travel, and complex expense reports
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to lead or support small to medium‑sized projects, track progress, meet deadlines, and coordinate across teams
Skilled in internal and external communication, preparing documents, supporting meetings, and serving as a liaison between departments and partners
Comfortable using tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint), and other business systems for reporting, data analysis, and operational support
Bachelor's degree preferred
At least 5 years of prior relevant work experience required
