What you need to be part of the /Associates Program: experience as a former staff employee of R/GA or as a former freelancer for R/GA with at least three separate bookings and/or a project that lasted 12+ weeks consecutively.
Our Business Leadership team serves as our primary points of contact for our clients. They are responsible for building relationships with our client partners, and delivering thoughtful solutions with measurable results across a range of work types. No matter the type of engagement, Business Leadership creates the conditions for our teams to bring their very best. We set the bar high at R/GA. We don’t just strive to solve our client’s problems; we challenge ourselves to transform their entire category.
Here’s what you should know if you want to be an /Associate for our Business Leadership Craft:
Business Leadership:
Functions as the key strategic partner to senior clients (VP, SVPs) across brand marketing, product, experience design, and technology
Manages large-scale, integrated projects across brand, experience design, communications, content marketing and digital product
Leads the R/GA team, managing a diverse set of skills and talents to deliver on client initiatives, and helping to nurture growth across the team
Collaborates with other discipline leads to identify organic growth opportunities for R/GA
Leads presentations with senior stakeholders (internally and externally)
The ideal person
Has exceptional client service skills, with an ability to partner with and influence both senior and day-to-day clients
Has experience navigating complex, global client organizations to build consensus, and resolve competing priorities
Has the ability to collaborate closely with strategists (brand/content/experience), experience/visual designers, marketing scientists, creatives, and technologists to connect our work to clients’ business/marketing objectives
Has proven team leadership and management experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
Has experience managing large client engagements in the campaign, product management, customer experience, and/or digital strategy spaces
Has a proven track record of organic growth plus the ability to grow key client relationships
This role can be performed remotely anywhere in the United States.
The hiring range for this position is $2,800 to $9,500 per week or $70 to $238 per hour, depending on the position and project. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, specific position held, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s applicable skills, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
