Job Title: Business Development Specialist

Job Summary: Bromberg & Associates LLC is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the Language Access Industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, potential clients, and opportunities for business growth. Analyze competitors and provide insights for strategic planning.
Lead Generation: Identify, qualify, and pursue new business leads. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling business proposals, presentations, and contracts to prospective clients. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment in messaging and objectives.
Performance Reporting: Track and report on key performance metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue growth. Provide regular updates to the Business Development Manager.
Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and innovations. Continuously seek ways to improve business development processes and strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the language access industry.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of market research and competitive analysis.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
Knowledge of contract law and regulatory requirements in the language access sector.
