Business Development Representative, LATAM

Synapse is looking for commission based Business Development Representatives to join out team. You will use LinkedIn and the phone to develop leads for our Senior Sales Managers. The leads were looking for are companies hiring in Software/Tech, Healthcare, Hospitality, MSPs, Travel and more. How does the commission structure work?

- You will be paid for every lead that leads to a Client Qualification Call

- You will be paid again if the client lead is signed

- You will be paid a third time if the signed client converts to revenue!

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients

• Promote our services and secure bookings

• Generate and nurture leads

• Collect and report market information

• Provide feedback to the sales team

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proven experience in sales or cold calling

• Ability to build rapport and relationships over the phone

• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented

• Familiarity with digital marketing is a plus

• Independent and capable of remote work

• Experience in the staffing industry is advantageous

Compensation:

• Initially commission-only

• Base salary provided after setting appointments and closing 5 deals

• Increased base salary and commission after closing 10 deals
