About the role We are looking for a Business Development Executive with a hunter mindset, responsible for generating new business opportunities in LATAM by combining outbound prospecting, marketing initiatives, and collaboration with strategic partners. This is a consultative and autonomous role, focused on building a high-value pipeline with enterprise and mid-market clients. Responsibilities

  • Cold prospecting via LinkedIn and email

  • Pipeline generation through outbound campaigns

  • Conducting discovery meetings with clients

  • Operational use of HubSpot (CRM + Marketing Hub) for pipeline and campaign management

  • Planning and execution of demand generation initiatives:

  • Webinars

  • Content syndication

  • Digital campaigns

  • Relationship management with strategic partners (SAS, Salesforce, Insider, CleverTap, etc.)

  • Execution of co-marketing campaigns with partners

  • Coordination with internal pre-sales and delivery teams

Modality

  • Remote

Requirements 3–5 years in Business Development / B2B Sales Experience selling MarTech solutions (essential). At least one of the following: Salesforce, Braze, Adobe, SAS CI360, CleverTap, Insider (or similar) Experience with enterprise or mid-market clients Experience in LATAM (ideal) Fluent English Knowledge

  • Operational management of HubSpot CRM and Marketing

  • Experience with tools such as: Understanding of MarTech:

  • Customer journeys

  • Marketing automation

  • Segmentation and omnichannel
