This is a consultative and autonomous role, focused on building a high-value pipeline with enterprise and mid-market clients. Responsibilities
Cold prospecting via LinkedIn and email
Pipeline generation through outbound campaigns
Conducting discovery meetings with clients
Operational use of HubSpot (CRM + Marketing Hub) for pipeline and campaign management
Planning and execution of demand generation initiatives:
Webinars
Content syndication
Digital campaigns
Relationship management with strategic partners (SAS, Salesforce, Insider, CleverTap, etc.)
Execution of co-marketing campaigns with partners
Coordination with internal pre-sales and delivery teams
Modality

Requirements 3–5 years in Business Development / B2B Sales Experience selling MarTech solutions (essential). At least one of the following: Salesforce, Braze, Adobe, SAS CI360, CleverTap, Insider (or similar) Experience with enterprise or mid-market clients Experience in LATAM (ideal) Fluent English Knowledge
Operational management of HubSpot CRM and Marketing
Experience with tools such as: Understanding of MarTech:
Customer journeys
Marketing automation
Segmentation and omnichannel
