Business Development Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive in sourcing agency and hosts for voice room in our entertainment gaming app. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, excellent communication skills in English and Tagalog, and a deep understanding of the online gaming, voice room or live-streaming industry.

Job Responsibilities:

 ·Business Development: Identify, recruit, and onboard voice room agency to provide best voice entertainment content in our app. Develop and execute strategies to expand our network such as Agency or Family from other trending Voice Room App platform

·Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with hosts, agency admin and owner, spender to enhance our presence and reputation in the market

·Quality Assurance: Ensure that all recruited agency and hosts meet our standards for professionalism, content quality, revenue target and customer satisfaction

·Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of talent sourcing strategies and make data- driven decisions for optimization

Qualifications:

·Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field

·1 to 5 years of experience in business development, talent acquisition, or similar role, preferably in the gaming industry or live streaming, online social entertainment industry

·Proven track record of success in sourcing and recruiting talents & agencies, with strong negotiation and persuasion skills

·Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Tagalog

·Experience working in or collaborating with voice room hosts, gaming influencers, streamers, or content creators

·Understand industry landscape, including popular gaming platforms, live streaming/voice room platforms, communities, and trends

·Strong networking abilities with the capacity to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
