The Role
We're looking for a Business & Finance Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and analysis across the company. This role will be a key partner to leadership while also supporting broader financial modeling, budgeting, and cross-functional analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain financial models (budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning)
Analyze company performance against targets; flag trends, risks, and opportunities
Partner with department leads to gather inputs and align on reporting needs
Track and report on key business metrics/KPIs on a regular cadence
Prepare materials for quarterly board meetings, including financial performance and KPI summaries
Support ad hoc financial and business analysis to inform leadership decisions
Identify opportunities to improve financial reporting processes and tools
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or consulting
Demonstrated experience building polished, executive-level presentations — board deck experience is a strong plus
Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; comfortable with financial modeling
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Mindset
Proactive — takes ownership and moves things forward without waiting to be told
Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities
Resourceful — finds ways to get things done with limited time or resources
Adaptable, willing to wear multiple hats as the company grows
Nice to Have
Experience in a startup or SaaS/tech environment
Experience in retail, loss prevention, or security industries
Familiarity with BI/reporting tools
Prior exposure to board-level or investor reporting
