Business Analyst

Job Description:

Dynamo Technologies, LLC is currently seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team in support of the U.S. Forest Service (FS) Fire & Aviation Management, Information Management Support Branch (FAM-IM). The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the Wildland Fire Information and Technology (WFIT) interagency program by assisting with operations & maintenance (O&M), development, modernization, and enhancement (DME) efforts for three critical fire information applications.

Duties/ Responsibilities 

• Collaborate with Agency stakeholders for application requirements gathering, product demonstration and feedback collection.

• Develop and maintain requirements documentation (process diagrams, use cases, user stories, RTMs, etc.).

• Create and maintain user guides for applications.

• Manage team process improvements, identifying process improvement opportunities, creating and updating process documents and facilitating processes updates by team members.

• Efficiently manages time on tasks as well as special projects.

• Must have strong communication skills and be able to work independently to identify and resolve issues.

• Identifies, analyzes, and evaluates business needs to solve business problems.

• Assumes responsibility for project tasks and ensuring they are completed in a timely fashion.

• Ability to work on multiple tasks within a project and coordinate with the project manager or stakeholders to determine the order of priorities.

Education and Experience:

• 3+ years of experience

• Bachelor of Science in business analysis, business administration, IT, or any related field

Salary:

• $95k - $105k
