That's why we're on the search for a superstar Business Analyst. As a Business Analyst, your primary focus will be to assist the company in procurement, IT, legal functions and other needs of the Finance department. This role requires you to be diligent, collaborative, organized, and eager to learn.

Location: Remote with a preference for candidates located in US or Canada

What You Will Do:

• Prepare and manage intake and approval process for SaaS and other procurement related purchases

• Conduct monthly usage audit of company wide software licenses

• Assist with preparing and coordinating legal documents and processes

• Coordinate procurement and redeployment of company computer equipment

• Identify and evaluate potential cost savings within company

• Help develop new processes within procurement, legal, and IT department

• Partner with key stakeholders across the organization on all processes outlined above

You’ll Succeed With:

• A Bachelor’s degree required

• 1-3 years of experience preferred within technology, finance, project management, or legal

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel required

• Flexibility to work across multiple time zones

• Excellent English oral and written communication skills

• Ability to demonstrate Cloudbeds core values

Compensation: For candidates based in the US you can expect your annual on target earnings (OTE) to be between $60,000 - 70,000 USD.
