Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated, ambitious and detail-oriented Business Account Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of mid-sized client accounts, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met. The Business Account Representative will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

-Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of mid-sized client accounts, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met.

-Provide account administration for a group of small accounts.

-Develop strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and support.

-Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow existing accounts.

-Monitor and analyze client account performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.

-Coordinate with internal teams (such as Product, Finance, and Legal) to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

-Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues that arise in a timely manner.

-Attend client meetings and presentations as needed.

-Ensure that all client account information is accurate and up-to-date in our CRM system.

-Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that our clients receive the most up-to-date and effective solutions.

Experience, skills & stack required:

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Strong organizational and project management skills.

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

-Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

-Attention to detail and accuracy.

-Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

-Knowledge of marketing and sales principles and practices.
