Summary:
Tekion is looking for a Brand Manager to own the day-to-day brand operations that shape how the world sees us. You will manage brand initiatives, standards, digital asset management, website content, and customer storytelling — ensuring consistency and impact across every touchpoint. You will balance creative direction with process optimization to strengthen Tekion's market identity and drive customer engagement. This is a high-visibility role at the intersection of brand strategy, content operations, and cross-functional collaboration.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Collaborates with cross-functional teams and platforms within marketing and across Tekion including product, product marketing, emerging product, value, sales, and design to deliver cohesive brand experiences
Drives customer story development and maintains existing content assets, ensuring they reflect current product capabilities and brand standards
Executes, and maintains customer-facing content across external communications, digital channels, and go-to-market materials — ensuring messaging reflects current product capabilities and brand standards
Owns the digital asset management ecosystem and sales enablement library, organizing and governing resources across platforms to ensure accuracy, version control, and brand consistency
Conducts market research to understand industry and competitor initiatives and applies insights to optimize brand activities.
Identifies and implements workflow process optimizations that improve production efficiency, review cycles, and cross-team coordination.
Guides creative teams on marketing concepts, content direction, and visual storytelling.
Champions the brand internally, ensuring cross-departmental understanding and alignment with brand standards.
Supports event marketing through content and product messaging guidance, and on-brand asset delivery
Participates in product roadmap discussions to maintain current knowledge of product updates, capabilities, and releases — and translates relevant insights back to the marketing team
Leads the development of annual market trend analysis and competitive positioning content that serves as a foundational marketing resource throughout the year
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in marketing, content operations, or related roles — with demonstrated ownership of brand programs from strategy through execution.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Proven success managing brand campaigns, content programs, and cross-functional marketing initiatives
Hands-on experience using AI and AI agents to streamline content production, optimize workflows, or accelerate creative processes
Strong creative judgment and experience producing high-impact content and messaging
Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to follow established project management processes, track deliverables across workstreams, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Highly organized, adaptable, and collaborative — comfortable navigating shifting priorities, managing multiple stakeholders, incorporating feedback from diverse perspectives, and working cross-functionally with minimal friction
Experience in the automotive or dealership technology industry, preferred but not required
Proficient across core marketing and business tools, including Microsoft Office, Apple/macOS, email platforms (e.g., HubSpot), survey tools (e.g., Microsoft Forms), and collaboration platforms such as SharePoint and Confluence
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail

The salary range describes the minimum to maximum base salary range for this position across applicable US locations. The actual compensation offered may vary from the posted hiring range based on geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.In addition to the compensation listed, this position may be eligible for equity compensation, and/or a bonus or commission whereby total compensation may exceed base salary depending on individual or company performance. Base Salary Range
$83,625—$139,000 USD
