Brand Manager

Immersive Labs is seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand Manager to help us build and elevate our brand in the rapidly evolving field of cybersecurity. Our brand stands for proactive readiness, exemplifying our core message: “Be Ready With Immersive Labs” 

As a company specialising in intelligent, dynamic training solutions, we empower organisations to navigate the complexities of cyber threats and crises through innovative, hands-on simulation training. 

In this role, you will be crucial in shaping and communicating our brand’s narrative, ensuring our commitment to cyber resilience is conveyed across all platforms. You will work across departments to uncover what makes Immersive Labs unique, translating this into compelling marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience and drive growth.

Your main responsibilities (we're scaling fast, so these may change as we grow):

Brand Strategy and Positioning:

  • Develop and execute brand strategies that embody our “Be Ready” ethos, positioning Immersive Labs as a leader in cyber resilience.

  • Align brand positioning with market needs through analysis of consumer insights and trends.

Creative Development and Campaign Management:

  • Lead creative initiatives to convey our proactive stance on cybersecurity.

  • Oversee marketing and advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with our brand’s vision.

Performance Monitoring and Analysis:

  • Measure and report on campaign performance, using data-driven insights to refine strategies. Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities to maintain our brand’s edge.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Ensure consistent and impactful brand messaging across all touchpoints.

  • Advocate for the brand internally, aligning cross-departmental efforts with our brand’s goals.

Vendor and Partnership Management:

  • Manage and grow external partnerships, ensuring they support our mission of enhancing enterprise readiness.

You should apply if you have ​​(we know it’s tough, but please try to avoid the ​​confidence gap​.​​ You don’t have to match all the listed requirements exactly to be considered for this role):

  • Proven experience as a Brand Manager or Associate Brand Manager, preferably in the technology or B2B sectors.

  • Strong ability to develop and execute brand and marketing strategies 

  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective, data-driven marketing campaigns.

  • Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix, strong analytical skills and a creative mindset.

  • Data-driven thinking with the ability to assess the impact of marketing initiatives on brand perception and business outcomes.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, focusing on cross-functional collaboration and external partnership management.

  • Up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and marketing technologies.

  • Hands-on Content Management and Creation skills
