Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and self-sufficient bookkeeping professional with a strong background in using NetSuite/SAP/Fulfil or a similar ERP. The ideal candidate will be agile, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining high standards while contributing to the continuous improvement of our financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurate Financial Recording: Record a diverse range of daily financial transactions with precision, ensuring they are accurately reflected in our ledgers.
ERP Expertise: Utilize your deep knowledge of NetSuite/Fulfil/SAP/Oracle financial functionalities to perform all bookkeeping tasks, maintaining data integrity and accuracy.
Reconciliation: Conduct thorough reconciliations of sales taxes, payroll taxes, 401k contributions, and bank accounts, promptly identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the finance team to align on financial operations, share insights, and support overall financial strategies.
Process Improvement: Proactively suggest and implement improvements to our current accounting processes, driving efficiency and accuracy.
Tax Preparation: Assist in the precise preparation of tax returns, ensuring full compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
Audit Support: Perform periodic audits to ensure financial transactions are fairly and accurately represented, maintaining high standards of financial reporting.
Qualifications:
ERP Proficiency: Proven experience and expertise in utilizing NetSuite/Fulfil/SAP/Oracle financial functionalities.
Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accuracy and reliability in all financial records.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to comprehend and manage complex financial transactions, ensuring they are correctly and thoroughly documented.
Process-Oriented: A strong affinity for routine tasks, combined with a proactive approach to process improvements.
Audit Experience: Previous experience conducting audits to ensure financial accuracy and integrity.
Team Player: Strong collaboration skills with the ability to communicate insights effectively and work well within a team.
