About this position

We are looking for a marketer; but most importantly someone who is strong-willed and self-motivated. A person that can understand complex topics and create innovative and efficient content with performing outcomes. The ideal candidate is up to date with social media trends, in tune with the cryptocurrency industry and passionate about Binance; you are versatile with a “hacker” mindset and a great person to work with, able to write and edit clear, concise creative copy on tight deadlines.

We are looking for an organized and rigorous worker, with excellent German and English, and no fear to do the hard work when it is needed.

Responsibilities:

• Community management: Solve problems & answer questions raised by community members, provide support and assistance on behalf and with support of the core team and angels

• Content Management: Support the review and publication of Binance content formats such as blog, academy, FAQs and announcements, localize content pieces and build landing pages for individualized local campaigns 

• Marketing campaigns: Organize and support the implementation of marketing campaigns, such as token airdrops, AMA's and giveaways

• Influencer management: Help us build the KOL program and work closely with our partners  

• Track results on user activation

• Help to increase Binance’s brand awareness in fun, creative and informative ways

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled into a University (Graduate or Postgraduate) program at a major University, preferable in Marketing/Communication

• Ideally gained experience in community management, or related professional experience, with retail user communication skills, ideally with skills on Telegram / Tiktok / Instagram

• Great passion for the crypto industry

• Fast learner, ready to work hard to grow in skills & can-do attitude with tight deadlines

• Organized, reliable and rigorous personality

• Previous experiences and/or personal projects where you showed initiatives

• Good knowledge of Binance’s Products and Services and blockchain-related terminologies and trends

• Strong verbal and excellent written communication skills, proficiency with word processing and spreadsheets

• Advanced German & English are a MUST
