About the team:

You will be joining the Marketing team and embedded in the Education team, which develops and brings to market solutions for schools and teachers, including the newly launched Goodnotes Classroom product.

About the role:

This is the role for you, if you’re excited to work on the things listed below:

  • As the first education-focused marketing hire, be responsible for and empowered to drive growth strategies and execution for our fast-growing education solution business

  • Work in a start-up like role within an established tech scale up, with the support of our Marketing team of 15+

  • Develop and drive data-driven marketing strategies to build awareness, drive direct conversions among teachers, and deliver qualified educational institution leads to the Sales team, including executing and testing across various paid and unpaid channels

  • Lead GTM efforts for all products and features for the education sector

  • Craft messaging and positioning for our education solutions, working closely with our Academic Affairs and Education teams, as well as directly with schools and teachers

  • Enable sales team with the necessary collateral, knowledge, trainings, and insights

  • Drive content strategy to support marketing, sales, and product goals, including through content for our website and other platforms, including blog posts, testimonials, case studies, whitepapers, and product education content

  • Support product activation and adoption, directly through marketing channels and community engagement, as well as through collaboration with product teams on onboarding and other in-app experiences

  • Foster brand affinity and advocacy through community marketing and engagement, online and offline

  • Assist in the production of and our participation in events and conferences

  • Regularly monitor, analyze, and report traffic and campaign performance, constantly optimizing in response

The skills you will need to be successful in the above:

  • 4+ years experience in marketing in B2B SaaS or a high-growth scale-up context

  • Experience with the education sector ideal, particularly in sales or marketing

  • Experience with data-driven marketing in paid, owned, and earned channels, including search, performance, web/CRO, and email

  • Experience working with sales teams, including in qualified lead generation and sales enablement

  • Experience with product positioning, messaging, and content development

  • Flexible and positive can-do attitude, able to thrive in a fast-paced (and fun!) environment
