About the RoleEnabling and supporting all key aspects SaaS Financial Guidance & Advice governance & oversight via House Rules Forum, and facilitating guidance & advice support for tenants, liaising with CS. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensures Financial Guidance & Advice artefacts and deliverables are in place at each SaaS delivery stage gate, and facilitates any approvals

  • Ensures there is appropriate and accessible Financial Guidance & Advice record keeping

  • Coordinates with Compliance Manager to ensure their timely input into copy and content during build

  • Coordinates between Client Success Managers and team for any prospect RFIs/RFPs and prospect or tenant queries or issues related to Financial Guidance & Advice to ensure timely and appropriate responses, and facilitates Financial Guidance & Advice sign off of any tenant release notes

  • Delivery of the 'definition of done' tenant facing Financial Guidance & Advice document (content authored by Senior Technical & Policy Manager for Principles & Policy and Senior Technical Business Analyst for specifications)

  • Delivery of the ‘go’ tenant configuration facing Financial Guidance & Advice document

  • Delivery of the Financial Guidance & Advice technical content of any tenant briefing or tenant end user training

  • Coordinate final Financial Guidance & Advice e2e review of Product ahead of ‘done’

  • In live, delivers Financial Guidance & Advice error reporting / diagnostics / change tracking , and outcome data monitoring for stakeholders

  • Oversees Tax Year End change process and external parameter change process (eg Pensions UK retirement living standards, annuity rates for relevant products)

  • Secretariat of House Rules Forum

  • Adhere to all Information Security policies and procedures

About You

  • Able to understand key issues and challenges related to the delivery of digital automated Financial Guidance & Advice Products

  • Able to take ownership and drive to timely resolution

  • Exceptional attention to detail

  • Able to communicate and/or present credibly and effectively at all levels (written and verbal)

  • Excellent planning, organisation and time management skills

  • Ability to meet deadlines

  • Comfortable with use of IT systems and able to learn new systems quickly

  • Demonstrate Wealth Wizards core values (PEARH) as below

Experience

  • Essential

    • Relevant qualifications (eg Diploma Qualified - QCF level 4)

    • Experience in the oversight, governance or supervision of regulated financial guidance and/or advice

  • Desirable

    • Experience in the delivery or operation of regulated financial guidance and/or advice

    • Experience in the oversight, governance or supervision of digital SaaS services

    • Experience and/or qualifications in Project Management, Agile Development
