Associate Web Developer

Salary Range: Php 18,000 - 20,000

Responsibilities:

Website Development

• Design, develop, and maintain websites using CMS platforms, tag libraries, coding standards, and validation tests (WordPress and Shopify).

• Develop WordPress websites using Elementor.

• Develop Shopify websites.

• Identify issues and develop solutions to meet specifications defined by the client.

Content Management

• Manage, route, and archive work in a content management system and source code repositories.

• Adhere to website standards and best practices.

• Assist with the testing and maintenance of backend and front-end applications.

• Implement new web features in collaboration with other developers.

Martech Integration

• Implement and manage Martech tools such as Facebook Conversion API, pixels, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics (GA4), TikTok Analytics, LinkedIn Insights, and other marketing platforms.

• Set up and manage data layers in GTM and implement custom events and tracking codes for various marketing platforms.

• Ensure optimal website performance while integrating tracking and analytics codes.

• Integrate and synchronize data across different Martech tools and platforms for a cohesive marketing strategy.

Pitches and Presentations

• Participate in pitch presentations and brainstorming sessions, providing technical insights and support.

• Assist in preparing presentation materials and effectively communicate technical ideas to internal teams and clients.

• Present and justify development decisions and approaches to stakeholders and clients.

• Support the creation of technical documentation for client presentations.

Industry Knowledge

• Stay updated on market developments and opportunities in web development, digital technology, and e-commerce platforms.

• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices related to web development, design, and Martech integration.

• Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge in web development, Martech tools, and related areas.

• Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices for continuous improvement

Requirements:

• A Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of WordPress and Shopify.

• Proficiency in CSS, HTML, PHP, LIQUID, JavaScript, and Java.

• Experience with implementing and managing Martech tools like Facebook Conversion API, pixels, GTM, GA4, TikTok Analytics, LinkedIn Insights, etc.

• Knowledge of privacy regulations (such as GDPR and CCPA) concerning data tracking and analytics.

• Strong communication skills (in English) to work efficiently with clients and teammates.

• Ability to analyze and evaluate client requirements.

• Ability to analyze and debug source code of both company products and customer projects.

• Basic knowledge of search engine optimization.

• Basic knowledge of project management software such as ClickUp.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.

• Ability to work independently in a remote work setting.
