ABOUT THE TEAM
This is a team of senior account managers focused on growing revenue in Mural’s strategic customer base. The team is focused on expanding our footprint by aligning Mural solutions with key customer initiatives, and creating differentiation against the competition to become the enterprise standard.
YOUR MISSION
As the Associate VP of Enterprise Account Management, you will lead an existing team of Account Managers focused on growing our business by finding new opportunities in Mural’s strategic customer base. The strategic team is critical to Mural’s growth and we are investing accordingly. You’ll be measured on your team’s overall quota attainment by closing both ARR and services revenue.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead, grow and inspire Account Managers and help them overachieve on their goals and objectives.
Instill a culture of teamwork focused on leading with measurable business value and achieving desired customer outcomes.
Develop senior level relationships with customers and differentiate from our competition to ensure long term success in the region
Drive transformation within our customers by selling the combined value of Mural and our professional services offerings.
Work with cross functional partners in customer success, support, revops, marketing and product to achieve growth goals.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
8+ years of sales management experience selling SaaS solutions
4+ years managing a strategic team responsible for growing revenue in the existing customer base
History of exceeding quota and thriving in a highly competitive market
Experience hiring, building and developing a team of senior account managers
Track record of closing large enterprise transactions
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to articulate ideas clearly in oral and written communication
Experience selling collaboration solutions, project management/agile solutions, design thinking a plus
