Developers help turn our customer flywheel, creating apps and integrations that customers can use to grow better. Due to the variety of these customer’s problems and the rapid evolution of our product, there is a tremendous opportunity and need to help these developers increase their understanding of our platform and how best to integrate into their tech stack. The Solution Architects team helps our ecosystem unlock the full potential of apps and integrations to find the best possible solution for our shared customers. 

HubSpot is looking for Associate Solution Architects to join our rapidly expanding team.

 In this Role you’ll get to: 

• Define advanced technical solutions, that leverage the best of what our partners have to offer for our mutual customers

• Become a HubSpot product and technical subject matter expert

• Proactively identify integration and technical architecture opportunities and make recommendations for partners to grow deeper with HubSpot

• Create proof of concepts to demonstrate solution viability

• Form deep relationships with our top partners, especially their developers in guiding them on how best to use HubSpot’s APIs 

• Create written content for all ecosystem developers using lessons learned from recommendations made to our top partners

• Help elevate the voices of the developers inside HubSpot

• Communicate and build relationships with senior technical and business customer stakeholders

• Drive ecosystem quality, making it easier for customers to grow better with HubSpot

We are looking for people who: 

• Know how to use at least one server-side language, Node.js preferred

• Have experience with at least one front-end framework, Reactjs preferred

• Can communicate with both technical and business stakeholders externally

• Have had experience building a full stack application

• Comfortable working in a dynamic, constantly changing environment and can prioritize work appropriately

• Enjoy people interaction and cross-collaboration with Engineering and Product teams

• Have strong organizational skills

• Have a good grasp on creating external facing written communication

• Have experience creating technical content

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Have experience in balancing ongoing projects with tactical requests

• Have experience using debugging tools such as; tracing logs, chrome developer tools, etc
