PismoEmpodera is a training and hiring program for professionals with disabilities, developed in partnership with ProsperTechTalents. Our goal is to hire and train 14 junior software engineers, offering free training during working hours, part-time, for 4 months. This program was created to ensure that participants acquire the necessary skills to excel at Pismo and in the technology market.

What you'll do
Monitor and Report complexes and cross projects
Follow and control project management using agile methodologies
Guarantee the projects conformity with PMO policies and procedures
Monitor and report the projects performance by KPIs and metrics
Communicate between Teams and Squads
Minimum Qualifications
Experience in managing projects
Knowledge with project management tools (Jira, Monday)
Lean/Agile Methodologies Knowledge
Intermediate English Level
