What You’ll Do?
As an Associate Project Manager, you’ll manage the full lifecycle of customer projects within Professional Services, supporting clients throughout their Accruent subscription. Managing project budgets, including accurate forecasting, time tracking, and billing coordination
Coordinating 1–4 project resources per engagement and aligning work with defined deliverables
Applying Accruent’s delivery methodology and governance frameworks consistently across projects
Preparing and sharing clear project status updates with customers, leadership, and internal stakeholders
Identifying scope changes and initiating change management discussions, including support for change orders
Proactively identifying project risks and issues, resolving straightforward items independently and escalating complex challenges when needed
Collaborating with Project Managers, Delivery Managers, and the PMO to reprioritize work as project needs evolve
Contributing to continuous improvement by sharing knowledge, supporting peers, and helping evolve Professional Services best practices
What You Bring?
Required qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
Experience in a customer‑facing role, ideally supporting software implementations or professional services engagements
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
Clear, proactive verbal and written communication skills
A high level of accountability, independence, and sound judgment
Comfort working in a fast‑changing environment and learning through hands‑on experience
Very good communication in English
Nice to have:
Prior project coordination or project management experience
Familiarity with project management tools, budgets, and delivery methodologies
What You’ll Get?
A remote‑first role with flexibility to support work‑life balance
Exposure to a broad portfolio of enterprise software solutions and customers
Hands‑on project management experience in a high‑growth Professional Services organization
Opportunities to build core project management, customer engagement, and leadership skills
A collaborative, supportive team environment focused on learning and continuous improvement
