As Associate Product Marketing Manager, you support and help drive our go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and messaging to showcase the unique value of your product area. You’ll work cross-functionally to support product launches, develop impactful sales enablement materials, and help customers fully understand and adopt Finalsite features. This role is ideal for a strategic marketer who thrives on building compelling narratives and connecting solutions to customer needs.
While you’ll specialize in Finalsite’s Communications tools, you’ll also have the opportunity to collaborate across Finalsite’s broader product suite as needed.
LOCATION
100% Remote - Anywhere within the US
RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner with the team leader to execute GTM plans for new enrollment features and initiatives.
Develop positioning and messaging that reflects product value and voice of the customer
Create marketing collateral, enablement materials, digital content, and communications to drive product awareness and adoption
Support market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy and positioning
Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Client Success, Enablement, Demand Gen, and other teams to drive alignment
Contribute to sales success by developing collateral, product training, and tools aligned to customer personas and use cases
Be the marketing subject matter expert on your product, your roadmap, and your customer needs.
Partner with customers to identify case study and testimonial candidates
Develop a strong understanding of customer success
Create guides and best practices that drive successful product adoption
Track campaign performance and provide reporting to optimize efforts
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
2-3 years of experience in product marketing, demand generation, and/or content production, ideally in B2B SaaS companies
Track record of successful contributions to product launches and GTM programs
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Highly organized with great attention to detail
Experience crafting compelling and visually appealing sales and marketing collateral
Ability to understand the big picture and balance customer needs with larger initiatives
Have a team-first mindset and a desire to set others up for success
Strong messaging, positioning, and storytelling skills with a customer-centric mindset
(Nice to have) Experience with sales enablement and/or product experience management tools like Highspot or Pendo
Bonus: Experience in edtech, enrollment, and/or K–12 markets a plus!
