Description:
Under the direction of the Director of Product Management, the Associate Product Manager will drive both the strategic direction and day-to-day execution of key product initiatives within our SaaS solutions that serve mission-critical organizations in healthcare, public safety, and emergency services. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery, working closely with cross-functional teams - including Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Customer Success - to define and deliver products that solve complex business problems.
This individual will define the roadmap, gather market insights, and partner with engineering teams to translate strategy into actionable user stories and deliverables. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, balances competing priorities, and ensures that every release aligns with business objectives and customer needs.
What You'll Do:
Establish and clearly communicate a compelling product vision that aligns with ImageTrend’s mission and evolving market opportunities.
Develop, maintain, and communicate a product roadmap that balances client-driven initiatives with long-term strategic objectives.
Own and continuously prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with strategic goals and roadmap commitments.
Actively participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to provide clarity, remove blockers, and support consistent delivery.
Engage with customers, industry experts, and internal stakeholders to uncover pain points, validate assumptions, and identify new opportunities.
Define meaningful success metrics, track adoption and performance, and iterate based on data-driven insights and customer feedback.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Marketing, and Sales to support effective go-to-market strategies and clear product positioning.
Advocate for scalable, product-first solutions over one-off customizations to encourage innovation and long-term value.
Develop deep expertise in the supported product(s), serving as a trusted subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor the competitive landscape and emerging technology trends to inform strategic recommendations and future product enhancements.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or comparable area of study preferred
Proven experience in product management, product ownership, or related roles within a SaaS environment; healthcare or public safety exposure is a plus but not required.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, with experience participating in sprint ceremonies, backlog refinement, and iterative delivery.
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly communicate ideas, requirements, and updates to diverse audiences.
Proven relationship management skills with ability to form authentic connections with internal and external resources
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to support complex initiatives by gathering requirements, tracking progress, and assisting in coordination across teams.
Preferred: Knowledgeable on use of technology in the EMS, Fire, and/or Hospital markets
Ability to maintain discretion when handling proprietary and confidential information
Enthusiasm for learning and expanding knowledge or skills
Strong work ethic, integrity, honesty, collaboration and team orientation
Ability to travel up to 25% as needed
This role can be performed 100% virtually anywhere in the US while following our Remote Work Policy. Deadline to apply is at least 3 days after the posting date listed.
Position Salary Range: The annual base salary range for this full-time role is $100,000- $130,000 USD + bonus + benefits + perks + community gains. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, education or training and other relevant qualifications.
