Job Description

We are looking for a Associate Product Manager to join our team and help Product Manager for Payments in day-to-day delivery and coordination. As a key member for the team, you will be responsible for taking ownership of small projects (bugs, support flows, experiments) and drive them to completion. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support, Finance and external payment partners. Maintain clear documentation for new features, support flows and processes, and use data (Sheets/Excel) to track performance, spot issues and propose improvements. Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate and help resolve product bugs related to payments, including basic debugging (reproduction steps, data validation) and coordination with Engineering

  • Design, test and “productionize” new customer support flows for payments, then hand them over to support teams

  • Perform light software testing of new features and flows (functional checks, sanity tests, regression checks)

  • Assist in organizing and coordinating product experiments, promotions and rollouts (set-up, tracking, follow-up)

  • Prepare simple reports, dashboards and summaries for the Product Manager and stakeholders

  • Communicate with payment processors and other external partners mainly on operational issues, incidents and resolutions

  • Contribute to refining the broader Payments business line by providing operational insights and data-driven feedback: customer journeys, checkout flows, billing and collections

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in project management, operations, support or product-adjacent role in a software / SaaS environment

  • Strong analytical mindset; very comfortable with numbers, Google Sheets/Excel and basic metrics

  • Basic understanding of database structures and relational data models; ability to write simple SQL queries for analysis and troubleshooting

  • Familiarity with tools such as MySQL, DataGrip or similar database clients is a plus

  • Clear, structured communicator and strong organizer; able to coordinate multiple stakeholders and follow up rigorously

  • Confident in presenting and training internal teams on new flows and features

  • Fluent English and at least one of: Spanish or Polish (Italian or Brazilian Portuguese are a strong plus)

  • Understands internet and ecommerce basics: online flows, checkouts, subscriptions, refunds, etc.

  • Basic understanding of financial concepts: card payments, accounts, transfers, settlements

  • Experience in a customer-facing or operations team (support, sales, customer success) is a strong advantage

  • Any exposure to fintech or payments is a plus, but not required

  • Team player with a proactive, hands-on attitude, curiosity about product work and willingness to learn fast

What to Expect from Our Hiring Process

We like to keep things transparent and efficient! Here’s what the process usually looks like (though it might vary slightly depending on the role):

1️⃣ Intro Chat – A first call with our Talent Acquisition Partner to explore mutual fit around relevant skills, value alignment, and motivation.

2️⃣ Hiring Manager Interview – A deeper dive into your experience and aspirations with your future manager, who you’ll be reporting to in this role. Take this chance to ask anything on your mind—it’s just as much about making sure we’re the right fit for you, too.

3️⃣ Case Study: a practical exercise to present to the Hiring Managers.

4️⃣ Reference Check & Offer!

Why You’ll Love It Here

💙 Global Benefits – No matter where you are, you’ll have access to:

  • Healthcare insurance – so you can focus on what matters.

  • Wellness that works for you – from gym memberships to mental health support, we’ve got you covered.

  • Time off that counts – whether it’s a vacation, your birthday, or just a day to recharge, we believe in balance.

  • ESOP (Employee Share Ownership Plan) after 6 months with us—because we believe in sharing our success!

📍 Local Perks – Depending on your location, you will be entitled to local benefits like meal vouchers (ticket restaurant), transport allowances, or extended parental leave.

🚀 Career Growth – We’re growing, and so can you! You’ll find lots of chances to learn, develop, and explore new paths—whether within your team or through cross-functional projects.

🌎 A Truly Global Team – Work with talented people from all over the world in a diverse and inclusive environment.

⏳ Flexibility That Works for You – Remote work and flexible hours aren’t just buzzwords here. While the extent of flexibility depends on your role and team, we value results over rigid schedules. Prefer an office setting? You're welcome at any of our hubs in Barcelona, Warsaw, Curitiba, Rio de Janeiro, Mexico City, Bogotá, Munich, Rome or Bologna.

Please note: At this time, we are not able to sponsor visas for this position. To apply, you must already have the legal right to work in your country of residence or the location of the role.
