As the Associate, Practice Operations, you’ll play a critical role in executing key operational processes to support clinical and patient-facing teams. Reporting to the Director, Practice Operations, you will sit on the Care Delivery team and support onboarding, scheduling, performance management, and other always-on functions across a diverse group of teams. You are a detail-oriented, fast-paced operator and builder who’s passionate about improving healthcare delivery.
What You’ll Do:
Lead onboarding operations; work with cross-functional team to ensure new team members move through onboarding and initial training efficiently and effectively
Support licensing and credentialing operations
Manage schedules, including PTO / holiday / OT shifts, to ensure sufficient coverage
Provide administrative support, including EMR configurations, expense management, provider offboarding, and ad hoc requests
Working with Data and Finance, put together performance management packets and reporting to support team managers and members
Continuously evolve and improve systems to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
Provide additional project management support for the operations teams or our affiliated medical practice
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
2-3 years experience in an operations role
Prior startup experience strongly preferred
Prior healthcare experience strongly preferred
2-3 years of healthcare operations experience, preferably in a digital health/healthcare startup context
Basic Excel skills for data analysis
Strong project management skills; extreme detail orientation
Strong communication skills; ability to communicate with clinicians and other patient-facing team members

The target base salary for this position ranges from $66,500 to $81,000, in addition to a competitive equity and benefits package (as applicable). When determining compensation, we analyze and carefully consider several factors, including location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience. These considerations may cause your compensation to vary.
Ro recognizes the power of in-person collaboration, while supporting the flexibility to work anywhere in the United States. For our Ro’ers in the tri-state (NY) area, you will join us at HQ on Tuesdays and Thursdays. For those outside of the tri-state area, you will be able to join in-person collaborations throughout the year (i.e., during team on-sites).
