We’re looking for an Associate Education Consultant Intern to support our Education team in delivering education and training for partners, customers, and employees. This internship is ideal for someone passionate about education who enjoys working with people and wants hands-on experience supporting projects, client needs, and program implementation.
You’ll work closely with experienced professionals to support day-to-day client activities, build resources, assist with training prep, and help ensure education partners feel supported and set up for success.
Location: Remote (U.S.) Duration: 10 weeks (June 1-August 7 2026)
What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll support a mix of internal projects and external client work, including:
Assist the education team with client and partner training needs
Help prepare materials for meetings, trainings, and presentations
Support the planning and organization of implementation timelines and deliverables
Track action items, notes, and follow-ups from client meetings
Help create and refine documentation, templates, and training resources
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Product, Customer Success) as needed
Provide general project coordination support to keep initiatives moving forward
What You’ll Bring
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Education, Public Policy, Communications, Business, Psychology, or related field)
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office and video-based editing tools
Ability to take initiative, ask questions, and learn quickly
Bonus Points (Not Required)
Experience working in schools, tutoring, mentoring, or education nonprofits
Interest in education technology, consulting, or customer success
Experience creating presentations or training materials
