We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Associate Director of Government Business Development to join our dynamic team. The Associate Director will be responsible for prospecting new government opportunities, leading responses to GSA (General Services Administration) submitted Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and developing strategic partnerships within the government sector.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and identify new government business opportunities, leveraging CourtAvenue's GSA certification and expertise in digital marketing solutions.

  • Lead the preparation and submission of responses to GSA submitted RFPs, ensuring high-quality proposals that align with client needs and objectives.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the government sector, including agencies, departments, and decision-makers.

  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes within the government market.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including business innovations (account), strategy, data, creative, tech, XS and client operations, to develop tailored solutions and proposals for government clients.

  • Stay updated on industry regulations, compliance requirements, and emerging technologies relevant to government contracts and digital marketing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in government business development, preferably with several years spent prospecting and responding to GSA submitted RFPs.

  • Strong understanding of government contracts, procurement processes, and compliance standards.

  • Proven track record of successfully winning and managing government contracts or projects.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.

  • Military service is a plus. This includes active duty, reserve duty, and any other official service within the military.

$95,000 - $135,000 a year

Compensation varies based on geographic location within the USA.

Compensation varies based on experience.
