As Associate Director of Care Delivery Learning & Development, you will develop, implement, and oversee all training & education for our front-line patient care teams including the providers (RNs, NPs, MDs) that deliver care and the patient advocates who work alongside them. Reporting to the Senior Director of Care Delivery Optimization, you will own the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of a scalable training and education program. You will work across a range of functional areas (from IT to Clinical) to translate complex and evolving information into impactful learning content. You will equip our front-line teams with the knowledge foundation they need to deliver effective, high-quality care at scale.

What You'll Do:

  • Content strategy | Develop an overarching program / architecture for the various types of training & education needs of our front-line patient care team.  Topics include, but are not limited to: condition- or product-specific launches, updated clinical guidelines, quality & safety protocols, “webside manner”(patient-facing communication skills), new features in Ro’s proprietary EMR, and workflows used to deliver high quality care at scale

  • Effective, e.g.: able to achieve the goal of onboarding new care providers successfully or optimizing current providers

  • Efficient, e.g.,: streamline and simplify content across audiences to avoid duplicative work.

  • Scalable, e.g.,: craft materials for asynchronous / on-demand engagement

  • Metrics & continuous improvement | As part of end-to-end ownership and maintenance of a best-in-class care delivery training & education program, be responsible for establishing, monitoring and responding to outcome measures pertaining to the effectiveness of learning content and implementation.  Based on that, make decisions about revisions and continuous improvement to ensure that materials and approaches are current, effective, and compliant with industry & safety standards

What You'll Bring to the Team:

  • 8-10+ years of experience in a clinical / healthcare training role

  • Experience training in a telemedicine setting preferred
