The Associate Customer Success Manager (ACSM) owns retention—and, where appropriate, expansion—of our SMB and mid-market accounts. You’ll ensure customers adopt Bitrise features that align with their goals and success metrics and work cross-functionally to remove blockers and drive outcomes. The ACSM demonstrates strong product knowledge, a clear understanding of customers’ business objectives, and the ability to deliver measurable value.

- Willingness to travel onsite with clients when needed.
- Experience with mobile app development or mobile development processes is preferred.
Your responsibilities
- Act as a trusted partner and advocate for SMB and mid-market customers.
